Temporary Service Disruption Thursday, July 14th – Sunday, July 17th
We are pleased to inform you that we are launching a new core banking system. This software and systems upgrade will enable us to provide you better service and greatly improve our online and mobile banking channels while allowing us to deploy new technologies now and in the future.
The upgrade is scheduled to occur from Thursday, July 14th through Sunday, July 17th. During this period, you will have limited access to perform some in-person transactions and online & mobile banking will not be available.
On Monday July 18th, after 8AM, you will need to re-enroll in Online Banking. For Mobile Banking, please download the new LCSB Mobile Banking App in the App Store or Google Play. Once enrolled in either online or mobile banking, you will use the same username and password in both banking channels.
Although we are attempting to minimize service disruptions, during the upgrade, some will be unavoidable. Please read our upgrade FAQs below and review our upgrade calendar as it will help you plan your banking to avoid unnecessary issues. Also, for questions about what will change and what will remain the same please read our Post Systems Upgrade information below. We appreciate your patience and if you have any questions please contact us at 575-397-4511 or email@example.com. Conversion updates will be posted here on our website and on www.facebook.com/Lea.County.State.Bank. Please be aware that during the upgrade, we may not be able to respond immediately and you may receive a pre-recorded response.
