What is Online Banking?
Online Banking allows our customers secure and convenient access to their accounts using the Internet anytime of the day, any day of the year. Customers can:
  • Access and print information on all accounts including loans.
  • Review and print transactions and history.
  • Confirm deposits, withdrawals and cleared checks.
  • Transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments.
  • Pay bills automatically.
  • Place stop payment requests.
How can I get Online Banking?
Select the Login button at the top right hand corner of this page and then click enroll to follow the instructions to setup a New Digital Banking User.
 
How do I sign out of Mobile Banking?
The sign-out function on the app for Apple and Android devices is slightly different on our new system. The sign out option is at the bottom of the screen--click your name, then click sign out. When the screen displays the request for a passcode, this means you are signed out. You can also sign-out by navigating away from the app. I hope this answers your question. What should I do if I think someone has my access codes?
Contact the bank at 575-397-4511 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm MST.

How much does Online Banking cost?
There is no charge for online banking for Lea County State Bank customers with personal accounts. Customers with business accounts may inquire about Bill Pay and Cash Management, online ACH transactions, by contacting a Lea County State Bank Representative at 575-397-4511.

How do I add the optional Bill Payment service if I did not select it when I applied for Online Banking?
You can complete and submit the online application or visit one of our branch location. You must be an authorized signer on the account.

Who do I contact if I have a question or problem with Online Banking?
If you are having any problems with Online Banking or notice a discrepancy in your account, you may use the secure email through “Contact” within your online banking account. You will be contacted as soon as possible. If you prefer, contact the bank at 575-397-4511 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. MST.

Who do I contact if I have a question or problem with bill payment?
If you are experiencing difficulty with the bill payment functions, you may use the secure email through “Contact” within your online banking account or contact the bank at 575-397-4511 during their regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm MST.

Can I use Online Bill Payment if I live outside the U.S.?
Yes, however, you cannot pay bills to payees located outside the United States.

Can I have multiple payments to the same payee on the same day?
All payments submitted will be processed.

Whom can I pay through Online Bill Payment?
You can pay ANYONE in the United States from the next-door neighbor, to the utility company, to the bank, and even a child in college across the country. The only prohibited payment is to a government agency (i.e. Department of Motor Vehicle, IRS, State of New Mexico…).

How many payees may I set up?
There is no limit to the amount of payees you can set up through the Internet.

Can I edit Payee addresses?
No. If you need to change an address it will be necessary to recreate the payee using the new address.

How do I know if a payee is electronic or check?
Once you have set up the payee, you can look at the PAYEE LIST screen You will see a field that will tell you if the payee is electronic or check.

What payment frequencies are available?
You can set up payments in any of the following frequencies:
  • Weekly
  • Bi-weekly
  • Monthly
  • Semi-monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annually
  • Semi-annually
When can I edit the dollar amount on a scheduled recurring payment?
Any time between the process time and the business day before it will be processed again.

Are there any merchants that I cannot pay through the Bill Payment service?
Yes, government entities. (i.e. Department of Motor Vehicle, State of New Mexico, IRS…).
